Winnipeg Police Service News Release

Friday, September 30th, 2011 4:10 p.m.   MISSING PERSON– STEPHEN CARDE  C11-205328 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 48 year old male, Stephen CARDE.   CARDE was last seen on September 28th, 2011 in the area of Notre Dame Avenue and Bangor Avenue.       CARDE is described as Caucasian, 5'9" tall with a thin build, balding grey medium length hair and a grey light beard.  He was last seen wearing black pants, a black jacket, blue plaid shirt and black and white shoes.      The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for CARDE's well-being.   Anyone with information regarding CARDE's whereabouts is asked to contact the Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.   For further information contact either: Constable Natalie Aitken, Public Information Officer Constable Jason Michalyshen, Public Information Officer Office: (204)986-3061 Fax: (204) 986-3267 Email: WPS-PIO@Winnipeg.ca   Web: www.winnipeg.ca/Police
