Thursday, September 15, 2011  12:00 p.m. ROAD CLOSURES DUE TO SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION              C11-195322 Winnipeg Emergency Personnel are currently on scene in the area of St James Street and Dublin Avenue for a serious motor vehicle collision that occurred at approximately 11:00 a.m. The following road closures are currently in effect. Northbound St. James Street at Saskatchewan and Eastbound Dublin Avenue at Border Street. The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting motorists avoid the area until further notice.
