MISSING PERSON C11-187161 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the assistance from the public in locating Hope Mackay, 48 yrs of Winnipeg. Mackay walked away from a residence in the 1600 block of Church Avenue and has not been seen since 9:00 this morning. Mackay is described as Female, Caucasian, 4'10, chubby build ,176 pounds, auburn long hair and has blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey zippered sweater with a hood, dark jeans, white sneakers and was carrying a black bag. Investigators are concerned for her well being as she is significantly cognitively delayed. If anyone has any knowledge of the whereabouts of this missing person they are asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service at 986-6222 immediately.
