Winnipeg Police Service News Release:

Sunday, September 11, 2011     STABBING - UPDATE C11-192328 As previously released, on September 11, 2011 at approximately 1:55 a.m., emergency personnel responded to the 300 block of Kennedy Street regarding a stabbing incident.   Attending members located an injured 16 year old male suffering from a serious upper body injury, including a lower body injury. He was conveyed to hospital in critical condition where he remains in critical but stable condition.   No arrest(s) have been made at this time.   The investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit.
