Friday, September 9th, 2011    MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION INVOLVING A PEDESTRIAN – ROAD RE-OPENED C11-190686 On September 9th, 2011 at approximately 7:35 a.m., emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian in the area of the 2000 block of Portage Avenue.
