Monday, October 8, 2012       SERIOUS ASSAULT - UPDATE C12-203221 As previously released - on October 8, 2012, at approximately 2:10 a.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service including other emergency personnel responded to a residence located in the 100 block of Lindsay Street regarding a serious assault.   Attending members located an adult male with serious upper body injuries. He was conveyed from the scene in critical condition.   Interviews are on-going and no further information will be released today.   Anyone with information regarding this matter is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers 204-786-TIPS (8477).      For further information contact either: Patrol Sgt.
