Wednesday October 10th, 2012    MISSING PERSON –Charlette DUCK-BIGHETTY R120099426 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 15 year old female, Charlette DUCK-BIGHETTY. DUCK-BIGHETTY was last seen on September 24th, 2012 at approximately 9:00 p.m. in the area of Burrows Avenue and Salter Street.   The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for her well-being.    DUCK-BIGHETTY is described as: Aboriginal, 5'10" tall, medium build, short brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black pants, black and white sweat shirt and black runners.   Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204 986-6250.         For further information contact either: Patrol Sgt.
