Winnipeg Police Service News Release:

Wednesday, October 10, 2012     COMMERCIAL ROBBERY C12-204435 On October 10, 2012, at approximately 12:35 a.m., officers responded to a business located in the 1000 block of Elizabeth Road due to a robbery incident.   The investigation has revealed that three male suspects entered the business while attempting to conceal their identity. One of the males proceeded behind the counter while armed with a knife. The suspect behind the counter obtained an undisclosed amount of cash while the second suspect began removing an undisclosed amount of merchandise. The third suspect was observed to be in possession of a hammer at the time of the incident.   A 19 year old male employee was uninjured and the suspects fled the area.     The suspects are described as:   Male, race unknown, 5'9"- 5'10" tall, early to mid-20's, between 150-160 lbs.   Male, Aboriginal in appearance, 5'10"-6'00" tall, early 20's, around 170 lbs., and acne scars on his face.   Male, race unknown, 5'6"- 5'7" tall between 140-150 lbs.   No arrests have been made at this time.
