Nandor Kenneth John CSINCSA has been safely located.
 
The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank members of the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.

MISSING PERSON – Nandor Kenneth John CSINCSA– R120103418
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 46 year old male, Nandor Kenneth John CSINCSA. 
 
He was last seen on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 in the Maples area of Winnipeg.
 
 
      
CSINCSA is described as White Male, 5'8", 160 pounds, short brown hair, brown eyes and unshaven. He was last seen wearing khaki shorts a white shirt and grey baseball cap. 
 
 
Csincsa is believed to be driving a 1995 purple, 4-door, Ford Contour LX, with a dent in the rear driver's side quarter panel and a "NASCAR" sticker on the bumper.
 
Winnipeg Police Investigators are concerned for CSINCSA's wellbeing.
 
Anyone with information regarding CSINCSA's whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250. 
 
 
 
INDECENT ACT C12-199268
On Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at approximately 7:30 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service responded to the report of an indecent act which occurred in the area of Gascon Road and Gosford Avenue.
 
The investigation revealed that two females, ages 10 and 7 were walking in the area when an unknown male while walking past them indecently exposed himself. The suspect male continued on his way at which time the victims fled to safety and reported the incident to a known adult.
 
The victims did not sustain injury as a result of this incident.
 
The suspect is described as: Male, Caucasian, 30 – 40 years old, approximately 5'9" tall, stocky build, short brown hair with a scruffy beard. 
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the East District Crime Unit. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 204-986-2857 or CrimeStoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
