Tuesday, September 16, 2014   POLICE AND PARTNER AGENCIES TEAM UP FOR SPECIALIZED TRAINING IN CHILD EXPLOITATION   The Winnipeg Police Service is committed to keeping children safe within the community.  The Service has brought Dr. Joe Sullivan of Mentor Forensic Services to conduct specialized training for the Winnipeg Police Service and other partner agencies in regards to child sexual exploitation and offender behaviour.   The Specialist Interview Course teaches and develops profiling of offenders, the understanding of offender behaviour and progressive interview techniques.
