Tuesday, May 15, 2012     LIGHTS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY Earlier this morning the Winnipeg Police Service advised that several traffic lights were out at or near the following locations:   Bishop Grandin Blvd/Pembina Highway Pembina Highway/Plaza Drive Pembina Highway/Chevrier Blvd St. Mary's Road/ Bishop Grandin Blvd   The traffic lights are now functioning properly.  The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank motorists for the patience and cooperation.  For further information contact either: Patrol Sgt.
