Wednesday, May 23, 2012, 12:05 p.m.     SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION – ROAD CLOSURE C12-95557 On May 23, 2012, at approximately 11:00 a.m., emergency personnel responded to the area of Higgins Avenue and Main Street regarding a serious motor vehicle collision. Members of the WPS Central Traffic Unit are on scene.   As a result, east and westbound Higgins Avenue between King Street and Main Street is closed. Traffic is being diverted.   Motorists are requested to avoid the area until further notice.   For further information contact either: Patrol Sgt.
