STRONGARM ROBBERIES    C12-78670/ C12-78697
 On April 30, 2012 at approximately 10:00 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service attended to the 300 block of Paddington Road in regards to a strong arm robbery that occurred.
 
Police located a male youth who had been robbed of his property by two unknown male suspects. The suspects fled in a vehicle described as a grey sport utility vehicle, southbound on Paddington Road.
 
The victim was not injured.
 
The suspects are described as:
 
  1. Male, Caucasian, early teens, 6'0" tall, medium build, blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt.
  2. Male, Caucasian early teens, 5'10", medium build, bushy eyebrows. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
 On April 30, 2012 at approximately 11:15 p.m., five youths were in the area of Sandrington Drive and Pear Tree Bay when they were confronted by another group of youths and assaulted. Personal property was then taken from the victims.
 
A white van was observed in the area and may be involved.
 
Two of the victims sustained injuries.
 
Suspect descriptions:
  1. Male, dark complexion,20 years, 6'0 tall, skinny build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black track pants, black shoes.
  2. Male, Caucasian 19 years, 6'0 tall, skinny build, short brown hair wearing a light grey or blue shirt and blue jeans.
  3. Male, Caucasian, 20 years, 6'0 tall, skinny build, short brown hair wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
 It is believed that these two incidents are related.

FIRE INVESTIGATION                         C12-78587
On April 30, 2012 at approximately 8:40 p.m., members of the Winnipeg Police Service and other emergency personnel responded to the area near the forks at Queen Elizabeth Way for a working fire.
 
Several portable docks located at this location were engulfed in flames, and damage is estimated at approximately $40,000.00. No injuries have been reported.
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Arson Strike Force.
