Traffic lights are back in operation.  The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank motorists for their patience and cooperation.   Thursday, August 9, 2012     TRAFFIC LIGHTS OUT Due to a power outage in the North end area of Winnipeg, traffic signal lights in that area are affected.   The Winnipeg Police Service requests motorists to use extreme caution while driving in the areas between McPhillips Avenue (West), Leila Avenue (North), Scotia Street (East) and Hartford Avenue (South) until further notice.         For further information contact either: Patrol Sgt.
