Wednesday, August 8, 2012     KICKIN' IT – WINNIPEG POLICE SERVICE AUXILIARY FORCE CADETS EVENT The members Winnipeg Police Service Auxiliary Force Cadets section invite residents in the Central Park area to join them for the annual Kickin' It Cadets event. Date: Today (Wednesday, August 8, 2012) Time: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location: Central Park The Cadets have partnered with Central Neighborhoods' Development Organization, Downtown Biz, West End Biz and the Exchange Biz to host this event. The afternoon will feature a soccer game with children from the area as well as a community barbecue.   Since the Section's inception on November 21, 2010, our Cadets have been actively engaging community partners and the public as part of their mandate to build a safer community through visual presence and building positive relationships.   Members of the media are welcome to attend. Cadet Ryan Magalas will be available for interviews.       For further information contact either: Patrol Sgt.
