Monday, December 26, 2011    MISSING PERSON – Heidi SPENCE – C11-266294 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 24 year old female, Heidi SPENCE. She was last spoken to on December 23, 2011 at 9:00 p.m.     SPENCE is described as: Aboriginal, 5'2" tall, 120 lbs., long black/brown hair and a scar on her forehead. She was last seen wearing a black jacket with a fur hood and blue jeans.   Investigators are concerned for the well-being of SPENCE.
