Winnipeg Police Service News Release:

Thursday, December 1st, 2011 11:45 a.m.     CHILD                                                                 C11-249864 On November 30th, 2011 at approximately 2:55 p.m. Winnipeg Police and Emergency Services responded to the 1400 block of Regent Avenue for a report of an infant that had been located.   A female called a local hospital and indicated she had located a baby.
