Thursday, December 22nd, 2011     MISSING PERSON – JAMES DUMAS C11-264036 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 15 year old male, James DUMAS. He was last seen on December 21st, 2011, in the area of Concordia Avenue and London Street, in the City of Winnipeg.   DUMAS is described as: Aboriginal, 5'8" tall, 120 pounds, short black hair and brown eyes. DUMAS was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket and blue and white adidas runners.   The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for the well being of DUMAS.
