Sunday, August 18, 2013   LIGHTS OUT - PLEASE USE CAUTION Recently, the Winnipeg Police Service has been made aware of traffic lights being out at several locations throughout the city. Some include: Main Street and Inkster Boulevard Main Street and Broadway Portage Avenue and Broadway Main Street and Mountain Avenue St Anne's Road and Fermor Avenue Gateway Road and Kimberly Avenue Nairn Avenue and Watt Street At these locations, lights may be out or flashing. Should motorists encounter either situation, please reduce your speed and use extreme caution. Treat these intersections as four-ways stops. Just Slow Down.
