WEAPONS ARRESTS – C13-159770
On Saturday, August 10, 2013 members of the Winnipeg Police Service Division 11 Community Support Unit entered into a firearms investigation.  As a result a search warrant was granted for a residence in the 500 block of Alexander Avenue.
 
Prior to the warrant being executed two occupants of the residence, an adult male and female exited and were taken into custody without incident.
 
On Sunday, August 11, 2013 at approximately 3:30 a.m. with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team the warrant was executed.  A lone adult female was located within the residence and taken into custody without incident. 
 
As a result of the search a modified .22 calibre rifle along with ammunition was seized.
 
David Bryan SIEMENS 24 years of Winnipeg has been charged with multiple firearm related charges.  He was detained at the Provincial Remand Centre.
 
Kelly Jean MONKMAN 33 years of Winnipeg has been charged with multiple firearm related charges.  She was detained at the Provincial Remand Centre.
 
A 25 year old female from Winnipeg is facing multiple firearm related charges.  She was released via a Promise to Appear.
