Please note:   Yingmian Wei has been located.    Monday, August 19, 2013   MISSING PERSON – YINGMIAN WEI C13-165280 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 23 year-old-male, Yingmian WEI.   WEI was last seen during the early evening hours on Saturday, August 17th, 2013 in the area of Princess Street and James Avenue.   WEI is described as: Oriental, 5'7" tall, skinny build, short dark hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing: jeans, a black t-shirt, and a baseball cap.
