Wednesday, January 11, 2012     MISSING PERSON –Carolyn Marie SINCLAIR   R110128701 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 25 year old female, Carolyn Marie SINCLAIR.  SINCLAIR has not been in contact with her family since December 13th, 2011.   SINCLAIR is known to frequent the West End area of Winnipeg.     SINCLAIR is described as Aboriginal, 5'07", 160 lbs, medium build, long straight black hair, brown eyes, medium complexion, with a scar over right eye.   Investigators are concerned for the well being of SINCLAIR.   Anyone with information regarding SINCLAIR'S whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.       For further information contact either: Constable Natalie Aitken, Public Information Officer Constable Jason Michalyshen, Public Information Officer Office: (204)986-3061 Fax: (204) 986-3267 Email: WPS-PIO@Winnipeg.ca   Web: www.winnipeg.ca/Police
