Friday, January 13, 2012   MISSING PERSON - Laura LAQUETTE – R12-1259 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 16 year old missing female, Laure LAQUETTE. LAQUETTE was last seen on January 10, 2012 in the down town area.   The Winnipeg Police Service considers LAQUETTE to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are concerned for her well-being.   LAQUETTE is described as Caucasian in appearance, 5'5" tall, weighing approximately 100 lbs. with long straight blonde hair and blue eyes.   Anyone with information regarding LAQUETTE's whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.       For further information contact either: Constable Natalie Aitken, Public Information Officer Constable Jason Michalyshen, Public Information Officer Office: (204)986-3061 Fax: (204) 986-3267 Email: WPS-PIO@Winnipeg.ca   Web: www.winnipeg.ca/Police
