Monday, March 7, 2011 ROAD CLOSURE Winnipeg Emergency Services are currently on scene at a motor vehicle collision in the 900 block of Jarvis Avenue.  Jarvis Avenue is closed between McPhillips Street and Sinclair Street. Winnipeg Police are requesting motorists avoid the area if possible until further notice.
