Thursday, March 24, 2011       Appearance may have changed slightly since photo was taken   NAME:   DOB:   HEIGHT:   WEIGHT:   HAIR:   EYES:   RACE:             Joshua James TURNER     1983 12 16   5'10" (178 cm)   154 lbs (69.5 kg)   Brown     Hazel   Caucasian           If you have information about TURNER, please contact the Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit at 984-1888, Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1600 hrs After normal business hours, please contact either the RCMP at (204)983-5462 or the Winnipeg Police Service at (204)986-6222 or Crime Stoppers at 786-8477 or toll free at 1-800-222-8477   MIHRSO Request Assistance to Locate Joshua Turner   The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) is a joint forces unit of the RCMP and Winnipeg Police Service. MIHRSOU is requesting assistance from the Public in locating Joshua TURNER, 27 years old. Police are seeking to locate TURNER as he is unlawfully at large for breaching his Probation Order. He was last seen on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at the Forks.   TURNER has a lengthy record including Sexual Assault, Harassing and Indecent Phone Calls and numerous charges for Failing to Comply with Court Imposed Orders. TURNER is considered High Risk to re-offend both sexually and violently.
