Wednesday, March 23, 2011    MISSING PERSON – KENNETH SARSON – UPDATE C11-56444 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating an 83 year old male, Kenneth SARSON.   SARSON was last seen on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. in the St. James area of Winnipeg.   The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for SARSON's wellbeing. SARSON may be confused and disorientated and may require medical attention.    SARSON is described as: Caucasian, 5'11" in height and a thin build.   SARSON has pale thin hair and last seen wearing black winter jacket, jeans and grey wool toque. SARSON may appear to be physically frail. SARSON will be wearing a medical alert bracelet.         Anyone with information regarding SARSON'S whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service at 986-6222 or the Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.        INDECENT ACT C11-56516 On March 22, 2011 at approximately 7:00 p.m., Uniform members were dispatched to the area of the 500 block of Magnus Avenue regarding an indecent act incident.   Attending members met with two female victims, 11 and 12 years of age. It was learned that at approximately 5:00 p.m., while the two girls were playing, they observed a vehicle in the area of McGregor Street and Magnus Avenue. A lone male suspect honked his car horn, getting the girl's attention. It was at this time the suspect rolled down the passenger side window and exposed himself to the girls.   The suspect is described as: Male, Caucasian, dark hair on his arms and wearing brown dress pants.   The suspect vehicle is described as: Grey, newer model, 4 door sedan, possible a Toyota Corolla.   The investigation is continuing by members of the District 3 Crime Unit.
