Winnipeg Police Service News Release

 

  DECEMBER 17th, 2010  

 
PUBLIC MISCHIEF CHARGE LAID
On Tuesday, December 7th, 2010 the Winnipeg Police Service entered into an investigation as a result of allegations made against members of the Winnipeg Police Service by a 20 year old male.
 
As a result of an investigation by Members of the Winnipeg Police Service Professional Standards Unit, evidence has been gathered to support the fact that the allegations reported were fabricated.   
 
Evan Michelle MAUD, 20 years of Winnipeg has been charged with one count of Public Mischief- report offence which had not been committed. 
 
He has been released on an Appearance Notice.
