Friday, October 7th, 2011 MISSING PERSON CAITLIN MOUSSEAU R11-96561 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 16 year old female, Caitlin MOUSSEAU. MOUSSEAU is a child in need of protection, as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are concerned for her well being. MOUSSEAU is described as: Aboriginal, 5'7"tall, 130lbs, medium length curly brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information regarding MOUSEAU's whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
