Wednesday, July 4th, 2012 3:30 p.m.   MISSING PERSON -BAILEY NELSON C12-128007 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 15 year old male, Bailey NELSON.   Bailey NELSON was last seen on Monday, July 2nd, 2012 in the East Kildonan area of Winnipeg.        Bailey NELSON is described as Aboriginal, 5'6" tall, 161 pounds with short dark hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black Nike runners, black jeans and carrying a grey backpack with a lock attached to the left side.   Police are concerned for NELSON'S wellbeing.   Anyone with information regarding NELSON'S whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.        For further information contact either: Patrol Sgt.
