CRIME PREVENTION TIP   Going on that warm winter vacation? Take the following precautions:   Cancel all deliveries and have your neighbour pick up your mail and news papers. Have someone shovel your walkway and driveway. Have a friend or family member check periodically that your furnace is running properly while you're gone.
