Tuesday, October 21, 2014   Suspicious Circumstances - Deceased Infants Located – C14-224401 On October 20, 2014 at approximately 1:00 p.m. members of the Winnipeg Police Service were dispatched to a business in the 100 block of McPhillips Street for the report of suspicious circumstances.   Human remains, believed to be four infants, were located within.   The investigation is in the early stages.  We are speaking with a number of individuals and are unable to comment further at this time.   Autopsies are pending.   The investigation is continuing by members of the Child Abuse Unit.
