COMMERCIAL ROBBERY – ARREST   C13-244870
As previously released- on November 28, 2013 at approximately 6:50 p.m., a male suspect entered a convenience store located in the 400 block of Main Street. The suspect jumped over the counter and confronted a 51 year-old female employee. The suspect pushed the employee to the floor causing an injury.
 
An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen and the suspect fled.
 
The investigation continued by members of the Major Crimes Unit. As a result, the suspect was identified.
 
On January 21, 2014 John SAVAGE, 25 years-old was arrested and charged with: Robbery due to his alleged involvement. He has also been charged with: Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 3.   
 
He remains in custody.
