Tuesday, October 29, 2013   ROAD CLOSURES DUE TO A SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION Winnipeg Emergency Personnel are on scene at St. Anne's Road and Bishop Grandin Boulevard for a serious motor vehicle collision.  -East and West bound Bishop Grandin Blvd is closed between Dakota Street and Lakewood Boulevard. -North and South St. Anne's Road is closed between Meadowood Drive and Lavalee Road. The Winnipeg Police Service is asking pedestrians and motorists to avoid the area until further notice.
