UPDATE:  Charles Ted MCKANE has been safely located.  Thank you to members of the public and media for their assistance in this matter.  Friday, October 25, 2013   MISSING PERSON – CHARLES TED MCKANE – C13-218939 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 79 year old male, Charles Ted MCKANE, who also goes by 'Ted'. He was last seen the evening of October 24, 2013, in the downtown area.   MCKANE is described as Caucasian, 5' 9" tall, 180 pounds, with a scruffy beard.
