Sunday, July 21, 2013         TRAFFIC ADVISORY - PLEASE USE CAUTION C13-143638 The "Color Me Rad 5km Run" event will be taking place again this morning at 9:00 a.m. in the area of the Red River Exhibition Park, near the west perimeter.   Like yesterday, traffic delays are expected.   Participants and observers are encouraged to carpool if possible and attend the event early. Motorists travelling in the area are requested to be patient and use extreme caution due to the potential of heavy pedestrian traffic.   Members of the Winnipeg Police Service and other event staff will be on hand to direct traffic and assist motorists.
