Saturday, July 20, 2013     TRAFFIC TIE-UP – PLEASE USE CAUTION C13-143638 Due to the "Color Me Rad 5km Run" currently taking place in the area of the Red River Exhibition Park near the west perimeter, significant traffic delays are present.   Motorists travelling in the area are requested to be patient and use extreme caution due to heavy pedestrian traffic.   Members of the Winnipeg Police Service are presently in the area performing traffic related duties.
