Thursday, July 11, 2013         SEXUAL ASSAULT C13-135695 On July 9, 2013, the Winnipeg Police Service received the report of a sexual assault incident that occurred in the area of the 500 block of Pandora Avenue West at approximately 10:20 p.m., involving a 36 year old female victim.        It has been determined that the victim was jogging in the area when an unknown male groped her from behind and attempted to remove an article of her clothing.   The victim yelled at the male at which time he fled the area. The victim was not injured.   The suspect is described as: Caucasian, male, 15-16 years-old, thin build, having curly ear-length, sandy-blonde hair.
