Tuesday, July 16, 2013 MISSING PERSON – Alexis HOURIE – R13-044869 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating 14 year old Alexis HOURIE.   She was last seen on July 10, 2013, in the Point Douglas area of Winnipeg.   HOURIE is described as Aboriginal, 5'0" tall, 110 pounds with medium length brown hair and brown eyes.
