Monday, July 8, 2013 WINNIPEG POLICE SERVICE STRATEGIC PLAN 2012 REPORT CARD RELEASED In November 2011, the Winnipeg Police Service formally introduced our Strategic Plan for 2012-2014.  This document defined the long-term goals of the Winnipeg Police Service and established measures to determine the progress towards those goals which are identified as action items.    Part of our commitment in sharing this document with the community was that we would also provide an annual report card on our efforts.  The report for 2012 is now available on our website at http://winnipeg.ca/police/stratplan/stratplan.stm.   This Report Card replaces the text portion of the Service's former Annual Report.
