Winnipeg Police Service News Release:

Monday, February 18, 2013 COMMERCIAL ROBBERY – C13-033105 On Monday, February 18, 2013 at approximately 10:45 a.m. officers were dispatched to a pharmacy in the 1st 100 block of Osborne Street for the report of a commercial robbery.   Attending officers met with the pharmacist who advised that a lone male had approached the counter stating he was armed with a weapon though none was seen.  The male then stole the following medications: 190 x 10 mg tabs of OxyIR (Oxycodone) 23 x 8 mg tabs & 16 x 2mg tabs of Suboxone No one was injured during the incident.   The suspect is described as: Caucasian, mid 50s, 6'2" in height with a medium build.   The investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit.
