***UPDATE***                                                        Friday, February 22, 2013 MISSING PERSON LOCATED – SANDY LAPIERRE – R13-11117 Please be advised that 44 year old, Sandy LAPIERRE has been safely located.  Thank you for your assistance.                             Thursday, February 21, 2013     MISSING PERSON – SANDY LAPIERRE – R13-11117 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 44 year old male, Sandy LAPIERRE.   LAPIERRE was last seen on Thursday, February 7, 2013 in the Weston area of Winnipeg. Investigators are concerned for his well-being.   LAPIERRE is described as: Aboriginal, 6'1" tall, 260 lbs., with curly black/grey hair and brown eyes.
