Monday, February 20, 2012     SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES C12-31372 On February 20, 2012, at approximately 11:15 a.m., the Winnipeg Police Service received information regarding suspicious circumstances in the area of the 100 block of Donald Street.   Attending members have located items of concern and continue to investigate the circumstances.
