Friday, February 3rd, 2012 11:30 a.m. CANADA WIDE WARRANT- ARREST 95-14127 In late January 2012, the Manitoba Integrated Warrant Unit received information that a male wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for Parole Revocation from Ontario may be in Winnipeg. On February 2nd, 2012, at approximately 2:30 p.m. the 47 year old male suspect was located by members of the Integrated Warrant Squad within the 200 block of Carlton Street. Gabriel Joseph KOOSEES, 47 years of no fixed address has been detained in custody. In addition to the Canada Wide Warrant, two outstanding arrest warrants from Winnipeg (Theft Under and Assault) from 1995 were executed. Since January 1st, 2012 the Manitoba Integrated Warrant Unit has been responsible for arresting 63 wanted criminals. Of those arrested, 55 individuals have been detained in custody.
