Wednesday, August 20, 2014       MISSING PERSON – RONALD ABRAM WIEBE - R14-59826 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 54 year old male, Ronald WIEBE.  He was last seen in the Elmwood area of Winnipeg around 10:45 p.m. on Friday, July 18th, 2014. WIEBE is described as: Caucasian, 5'5" tall, 130 lbs., long straight grey/brown hair, and large dark moustache.   WIEBE was last seen riding an older green Raleigh Boardwalk bike which has oversized white wall tires.  He was wearing black work boots, blue jeans, grey sweat shirt and a green checker pattern lumberjack (heavy) shirt and a black baseball hat. The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for his well-being.
