Monday, September 16, 2013     COMMERCIAL ROBBERY- ARRESTS           C13-187767 On September 15, 2013 at approximately 4:35 a.m. Winnipeg Police Service members responded to a gas bar within the 1300 block of McPhillips Street for a report of a commercial robbery that had just occurred by two male suspects.  Attending officers learned that the suspects had their identities disguised and were armed with a knife when they demanded and received a quantity of cigarettes and money.  The suspects fled to an awaiting vehicle.  The clerk was not injured.    Prior to the robbery being broadcast, patrolling Division 13 Uniform Members observed a Pontiac Grand Am travelled through a red light westbound Inkster Boulevard at McPhillips Street at a high rate of speed.
