Winnipeg Police Service News Release:

Thursday, June 16th, 2011     STABBING C11-124210 On June 16th, 2011 at approximately 5:30 a.m., officers, including other emergency personnel responded to a stabbing incident in the area of the first 100 block of Marlow Court.   The investigation led by members of the District 3 Crime Unit has revealed that two adult females known to each other became involved in a physical confrontation. As a result, a 26 year old female was stabbed, requiring medical attention. The victim was transported to hospital in unstable condition, but has since been stabilized and released.   No arrest has been made at this time.
