Wednesday, May 8, 2014     Missing Person – Tyrus Mann   C14-71897 On April 25th, 2014 the Winnipeg Police Service requested the public's assistance in locating two missing males, 14-year-old, Tyrus MANN and 16-year-old, Ryan SINCLAIR.  SINCLAIR has since been located.   Investigators continue to request the public's assistance in locating Tyrus MANN.
