Wednesday, November 6, 2013   UPDATE:  Earlier this morning the Winnipeg Police Service requested the Public and Media's assistance in locating, 84 year old, Irving ROSE.  Mr. ROSE has been safely located.  The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank the Public and Media for their assistance in this matter.  Wednesday, November 6, 2013  MISSING PERSON – IRVING ROSE – C13-228184 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating an 84 year old male, IRVING ROSE.
