3rd ANNUAL GUNS VS HOSES CHARITY HOCKEY GAME
On Friday, November 22, 2013 members of the Winnipeg Police Service Patrolmen Hockey Team will be teaming up with the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service, Fire Fighters Hockey Team to participate in the Third Annual Guns vs. Hoses Charity Hockey Game. The game is in support of City of Winnipeg Paramedic Alex Petric, who was tragically paralyzed in Panama in 2012 and Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
 
 

The game is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., at the MTS Iceplex, located at 3969 Portage Avenue. Doors Open at 6:00 p.m. The event is rush seating and members of the public are encouraged to arrive early.
 

Three former Winnipeg Jets Captain's Morris Lukowich, City Councillor Thomas Steen, and Ab McDonald will be participating. Morris Lukowich and Councillor Steen will be playing, while Ab McDonald will be a Special Guest Coach.  Also scheduled to play are TSN'S Shane Hnidy and JP Vigier. Shane Hnidy won a Stanley Cup with the Boston Bruins in 2011, while JP Vigier played with the Atlanta Thrashers.
 

There will be a post-game social event featuring head liners 'Cuts Like A knife" playing the ultimate tribute to Bryan Adams, immediately after the game at the upstairs restaurant located at the MTS Iceplex.
 

Tickets are $10.00 and are available at the door, Boston Pizza (Polo Park and Regent Locations), and Joe Daley's Sports.
