Friday, November 1, 2013     ROBBERY INVESTIGATION – ARREST   C13-224061 On October 18, 2013 at approximately 6:10 p.m., a male suspect attended to a convenience store located in the 1100 block of Pembina Highway.   While there, the suspect stole merchandise and left the business without paying. After exiting, the suspect was approached by a Loss Prevention Officer. It was at this time the suspect produced a knife a fled.   The Loss Prevention Officer was not injured.   On October 31, 2013 members of the Winnipeg Police Service Cadet Unit observed the suspect in the downtown area of the city.
